Key Lime Cheesecake
Key limes, juiced; and grate the zest of 6 key limes
cream cheese bricks (16 oz.
Cream sugar, eggs, lime juice until smooth
Add remaining ingredients:
ginger snap cookies, pulverized
c macadamia nuts, pulverized
press into pie pan
Bake 10 minutes, 350 degree oven until set
Pour batter into pre-baked pie crust at 350 degrees for approx. 50 minutes.
Add glaze to top of pie and bake an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool thoroughly and chill for several hours before serving.
