Blueberry Lemon Loaf




Half of - 18 oz. box of white cake mix
1 whole egg
1 egg yolk
3 Tbl. water
2 Tbl. oil
1/2 cup blueberries dusted in flour to adhere to batter
1/2 cup ready made lemon frosting

Mix cake mix, eggs, water, and oil together in the usual manner.

Batter should be very dense and thicker than pancake batter.

Sprinkle flour dusted blueberries over the top, they should not sink to the bottom.

Bake 350 approx 20-25 minutes.

Immediately spread lemon frosting over the top while cake is hot in pan. Allow to cool. Frosting will have absorbed into cake and leave only a glaze
