Tartar Sauce

You will never buy jar sauce again - UPDATED 2023

1 cup prepared mayonnaise
2 Tbl finely diced bread and butter pickles
1 Tbl tarragon
1 Tbl finely diced red onion
2 tea finely diced capers
1 tea Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 tea dried dill
1/2 tea lemon zest
1 tea freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 tea freshly cracked black pepper
1 anchovy filet
5-6 drops of your favorite hot sauce

In a small mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients. Refrigerate for 30 minutes for the flavors to come together

I use this on my fish tacos or fried fish sandwiches and even use it to flavor my potato salad.
