Tartar Sauce


You will never buy jar sauce again.

1 cup
prepared mayonnaise
1 tablespoon finely diced bread and butter pickles
1 tablespoon tarragon
1 teaspoon chopped capers
1 tablespoon finely diced red onion
1 teaspoon celery flakes
1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
to 5 drops hot sauce

Optional:  1 tablespoon beer

In a small mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients. Refrigerate for 30 minutes for the flavors to come together. Serve
