Sweet Kale Saute


This would be Popeye's second choice.

1-7 oz. package fresh chopped Kale
2 oz. Red Wine Vinegar
2 oz. Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce
Salt, Pepper

In a large soup pot sauté fresh chopped kale in 2 Tbls. tap water on medium high heat on stovetop until wilted.
Stir in red wine vinegar and Mae Ploy, salt and pepper to taste. You may also use red chili flakes for zing.


OPTION: Add 1/4 cup of toasted almond slices or pine nuts for a little crunch.
