2 cups coarsely crushed Oreo cookies
2 cups (1pint) heavy cream, whipped stiff
1 can (14 oz.) Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 Egg Yolks
4 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbl. water
In a large bowl, beat egg yolks; stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Fold in crushed Oreos and whipped cream. Pour into aluminum foil lined 9x5 loaf pan, or any 2 quart container. Cover, freeze 6 hours until firm. Scoop ice cream from pan or peel off foil and slice.
