Plan ahead, but well worth it.

     canned peaches, cubed and frozen
     1/2 fresh banana, diced
     orange juice

Cut into small cubes some canned peaches, place on a baking sheet lined in plastic wrap and freeze solid.  When ready to make your Peach/Banana/Orange smoothie for early morning breakfast, place 1 cup of diced frozen peaches in your blender, add 1/2 fresh banana sliced and enough cold orange juice to allow the blender to thoroughly mix your concoction.

Using frozen and cold ingredients, you have eliminated the need to add ice cubes as so many other recipes suggest.
