Caesar On Steroids

A truly great Caesar dressing is one of the most crave-worthy creations in the kitchen—rich with parmesan, bold garlic, savory anchovy, and the unmistakable depth of Worcestershire sauce. These timeless ingredients come together as pure flavor magic, creating a dressing so irresistible you may never look at bottled condiments the same way again. One taste, and even your French fries will be begging for a drizzle.

But this version takes the classic to an entirely new level. It’s bold, creamy, intentionally salty, and finished with the slow-building heat of your favorite hot sauce that lingers pleasantly on the tongue. The result is a dressing so addictive it transforms everything it touches—from crispy fries to a humble cheese sandwich tucked inside a crusty sourdough roll. Once you make it, you’ll start finding excuses to put it on everything.

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup whole milk
1 Tbl Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp white vinegar (you can use apple cider vinegar)
3 anchovy filets finely diced
2 garlic cloves, finely crushed
1 tsp your favorite hot sauce
1/2 tea salt
1/2 tea fresh cracked black pepper

OPTIONS:
crushed pistachio nuts
crumbled diced cooked crunchy bacon

Blend all ingredients in a bowl. Let stand for at least an hour to meld the flavors.
TALL blonde likes to serve this dressing over a 2-inch thick slice of iceberg lettuce with more surface instead of a wedge. Sprinkle with some colorful favorites like pistachio nuts and bacon.
