2 cups graham crackers, finely ground
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup + 4 Tbl. smooth peanut butter
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
Parchment paper
9"x13" pan
In a medium bowl, mix together melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter until well blended.
Line bottom of 9"x13" pan with one sheet of parchment paper. You may also use a 9"x9" pan if you want the bars thicker.
Press peanut butter mixture onto bottom of lined pan. Melt chocolate chips and 4 Tbl. remaining peanut butter in a double boiler, or melt using a microwave oven stirring every 20 seconds, taking precautions not to burn.
melted chocolate mixture over peanut butter. Refrigerate at least one hour. Lift chilled dessert out of pan for easy slicing into bars.
